Activities

In Janda Baik, most of the activities that visitors can do here are nature-based, such as jungle trekking and swimming in rivers. There are beautiful waterfalls hidden in the surrounding hills, such as Ulu Tampit and Lata Chemperoh, that require some hiking to reach. For the adventurous, a trail starts from the end of Janda Baik's paved road that leads to the peak of Gunung Nuang, the highest mountain in Selangor. Visitors can also explore a homestay programme to experience life in a traditional village, while a few souvenir shops can be found along the main road for some handicraft shopping. Finally, there are plenty of hawker stall restaurants to sample local food.
